|Animal ID: 7095Feebe (female)|
Hi, my name is Feebe and I'm only 6 month old. I was rescued from a High Kill shelter by this new Rescue Team and I love it here. No kennels. I have a lot of fun with all the other dogs here and just play like crazy. This Kiddy Pools are so much fun to splash in and chase the waves. I do know how to sit and walk on a leash. Car rides scares me little, but I may get used to it. I get along great with smaller and larger breed dogs. Cats I don't know, their are no cats here. I will be Spayed on July 17 2015 and I'm all UTD on the shots. She has been Spayed. Find it in your Heart to give me the Loving, Caring, FUR ever home I so look for. My adoption fee will be $250.00 what incl. all my shots, Heart worm test, Fical test, Spay and all prevention for this worms. We all Thank you in advance. We save one life at a time. Please Spay/Neuter your animals. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 14-07-10-00458Camille (female)|
CAMILLE has a coat that is wonderful in pattern and color. This striking beauty is a black and gray brindle mix who looks like she might be part Dutch Shepherd but might even have some Whippet in her. She is a year old and weighs around 50 pounds. She is an active dog and needs an active family that can provide ways for her to burn off her energy. She is smart and can learn quickly when provided with the proper training. She likes to be with other dogs and would probably do best in a house with at least one other canine playmate. She is people friendly but a little shy with new faces, especially men. She will play with older kids but has not been observed with smaller children. She seems to be good with cats since the first one she met face to face got lots of dog kisses. She is startled by loud noises, like fire and police cars and delivery trucks. She likes sturdy chew toys, such as retriever sticks and Kongs, and she loves balls and likes to play throw and catch. She may try to dig in the yard, things puppies typically like to do, if she is bored. But with playmates to focus on, she is well mannered and well behaved in the house and in the yard. She has been spayed and is current on vaccinations. If you live in another state, don't let that stand in your way. We will work to transport Camille if it means she will have a good forever home. If you are another rescue group, we will waive the adoption fee but you can make a donation toward vetting at your discretion. The adoption fee will help our 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue to cover the cost of the veterinary care she has received. (Less)

Whippet Dogs can make good pets in Tennessee if they match your IifestyIe. The Whippet is a small, elegant, Greyhound-like breed. Whippets are calm and affectionate. Whippets are excellent with respectful children and get along fine with dogs. A Whippet is not a good choice for a home with non-canine pets. Whippets need to be protected from extreme cold. With enough exercise, a Whippet does fine in an apartment or a home with a small yard.
